As of July 7, 2020 Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation Chief and Council, NCN Justice and NCN Band Constables have announced the NCN CURFEW hours have been extended. The curfew is in place to ensure the safety and wellness of Citizens, until further notice.
The curfew for Citizens under 18 years of age will remain in effect from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am daily. Adult curfew will be from midnight to 6:00 am daily, with the exception of essential workers, authorized personnel or persons having medical emergencies requiring assistance at the Nursing Station.
VLT’s will also be closed at 11:30 pm daily.
Violators of the curfew hours will be ticketed.
Parents and guardians are reminded that you are responsible for your children and their actions. Child and Family Services will be contacted if any child under the age of 18 is found to be in violation of the curfew.
