We are humanely targeting owner-surrendered dogs & strays, puppies and females. Surrender meaning: Giving up ownership of pets that you can no longer care for.
Surrendering dogs helps to:
• Address the over population of dogs in NCN
• Remove unwanted pets
• Encourage community safety in regards to dogs running at large. (Freely roaming without owners control)

REMINDER: Citizens who want to keep their dogs, must have their pets collared and tied up.
