Beginning the week of May 4, 2020, there are two ways to access your COVID-19 test results if you test negative.

Individuals who test positive for COVID-19 are contacted directly by Public Health. Health-care workers who test positive for COVID-19 will be contacted by Occupational Health.

1. A NEW secure online portal

To obtain your results online, visit https://sharedhealthmb.ca/covid19/test-results/.

Step 1 – Select Register New User

Step 2 – Choose and enter a unique user name (the system will identify if your chosen user name is already taken)

Step 3 – Enter a password

Step 4 – You will be prompted to enter information directly from your Manitoba Health Registration Card, which includes your first and last name (1), personal health information number (PHIN)(2), the Registration Number (3), and date of birth (4)

Step 5 – Enter your email address and telephone number

Step 6 – Accept the Terms of Use

Step 7 – You will receive a notification to the email address you have provided. Click on the link to complete the creation of your account.

It may take several days for COVID-19 test results to become available. If you do not see your test results, please check again in 24 hours.

2. Results by phone

Negative COVID-19 results are also available by phone seven days a week between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Call the Public Health COVID-19 Contact Centre 1-844-960-1984.

You will be asked to provide information from your Manitoba Health Registration Card to verify your identity.

If you do not have a Manitoba Health Registration Card, are not a resident of Manitoba, or you are unable to access your negative test results, call the Public Health COVID-19 Contact Centre between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.,

7 days a week at 1-844-960-1984.

If you require a different method of accessing your results, please indicate this when you are being tested to discuss the best way for the testing site to contact you.
