At a duly convened meeting in August 2021, a motion was passed to hold Regular meetings of the Board on the last Tuesday of the month at 5:00 p.m. at the AMEC Boardroom unless modified and notice shall be provided. Special Board meetings will be held as needed. Public is most welcome to attend. Please refer to the Meeting protocol that is in place.
