In accordance with NCN Public Service announcement dated January 27, 2022, and a result of School Board Motion #2022-01-27-02 both NNCEA schools will remain closed to students for in class learning for the week of January 31, 2022, through February 4, 2022. During this time remote online learning will occur for all students through Desire 2 Learn (nhea.brightspace.com). The Alice Moore Education Centre will be open to the public, but all visitors must follow the safety precautions put in place.
During this time, staff will be permitted to enter the school in accordance with NNCEA safety measures. More direction on when and how to enter the school will be provided by your respective supervisor. NNCEA does have Rapid Test Kits for students and will distribute these kits to homes prior to school starting. More information on Rapid Test Kit implementation will be provided to the community.
