This program is tuition-free and trains students to develop skills in servicing, diagnosing and repairing agricultural equipment, heavy equipment and transport equipment.
Participants gain practical skills with all types of engines, systems and safety regulation enabling employment in heavy duty truck and equipment shops.

Open to: Indigenous (First Nations, Métis and Inuit) youth, 18 to 30 years of age, not employed, education and training (NEET Youth)
Admission Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Consumer/Essential Math 40S or equivalent
Admission Procedures:
- Attend an online program information session*
- Attend an online assessment session
- Provide transcripts & a current resume
Hands-on, in-school training for 28 weeks plus a 280-hour paid work placement.
