- unemployed or underemployed with limited skills/work experience or in receipt of EI, EIA, Band Assistance
- 18 years of age or older with a minimum Grade 10 education
- able to work in and out of town as required.
- Class 5F Driver’s License (or can obtain 5F by June 2023)
