Are you or someone you know interested in working in Trades or Technology at Manitoba Hydro? Manitoba Hydro is hosting Hands-on Days to bring career awareness to job-ready applicants and students interested in pursuing Trades and Technology careers at Manitoba Hydro.

What to expect
You will be provided with the opportunity to try our trades and handle technology equipment. You will take part in a circuit of activities such as electrical wiring, mechanical exercises, hot stick handling, pole climbing, assembling LAN cables, a career presentation and more. This is a great opportunity to meet with our hiring team and receive hands-on experience with our trades and technology jobs!
Who is eligible to attend?
- Grade 12 students or individuals who possess a High School/Mature Student Diploma
- Individuals looking to change career paths and interested in working in our Trades and Technology fields
- Working towards or possess and maintain a valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
