Public Service Announcement Regarding Food Handling

As per recommendation of the Health professionals and in consideration with the General Public’s Health and Safety, all caterers and potential caterers who provide Food Services to the community (ie: Feasts, community events etc.) are required to obtain and possess a “Food Handler’s Certificate.”

Food Handler’s Course

A Food Handler’s Course will be held at the Family and Community Wellness Center in October 2018 and it is the responsibility of all food service providers to enroll.

Any future postings for NCN Catering Tenders will require certification in Food Handling.
