Currently seeking an Intermediate Process Engineer. Under the direction of the Technical Manager, the Process Engineer will be responsible for providing process optimization support services for the mill operation. The Process Engineer will monitor and react to area KPI’s, lead mill trials, troubleshoot and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- The incumbent must have a degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pulp and paper industry will be considered an asset
- Registered (or eligible for registration) as Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Manitoba
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft office and computer-based data analysis tools is required
- Strong problem solving, analytical and project management skills
- Strong documentation and communication skills will be essential.
