Due to the power outage over the weekend, April 24-26, 2026, the Water Treatment Plant experienced operational impacts that resulted in low or no water pressure in certain areas of our community.

As a safety precaution, we are advising a Temporary Boil Water Advisory effective immediately. This advisory will remain in place until the issues at the plant are fully resolved and water quality is confirmed.

What You Should Do

To ensure your safety, please bring all water to a rolling boil for at least one minute before using it for:

  • Drinking and making ice
  • Brushing teeth
  • Preparing food and infant formula
  • Washing fruits and vegetables

Please note: Water does not need to be boiled for showering, bathing, or laundry, provided it is not swallowed

Public Works Next Steps

Our Public Works Director and his team are working to restore full service at the water treatment plant. Public Works department will notify the NCN community as soon as the advisory is lifted.
