On Friday, February 20, 2026, the OK school gym transformed into a space filled with laughter and joy during this year’s Bizzar event.

Parents, grandparents, families, and friends gathered together, not just to participate in games, but to spend meaningful time with one another. Moments like these remind me that healing and wellness don’t always happen in offices or formal programs; they happen in gyms filled with scooter races, bowling stations, carnival-style games, and our youth running freely.

Teachers, educators, and staff went above and beyond to create welcoming and engaging stations. Each area was thoughtfully prepared, and every staff member brought warmth and enthusiasm that made children feel safe, celebrated, and encouraged. Their dedication was evident in the way they invited families to participate, laugh, and simply be present together.

The gym was alive with the sound of children playing tag, cheering each other on, and racing from one activity to the next. One of the most heartwarming sights was at the bouncy castle, where a youth eagerly waited their turn, watching a young boy proudly show his friends how high he was going to jump, which was a reminder of the confidence and joy that grow when our youth feel supported by their community.

The photobooth captured smiles and memories, freezing moments families will look back on for years to come. These simple yet powerful experiences strengthen bonds between school and home, reinforcing that our children thrive when surrounded by community care.

Events like Bizzar show us that family time truly matters to our Nation. They remind us that connection, laughter, and shared experiences are important factors for our youth’s wellbeing.

To the incredible staff at OK School, thank you. Your commitment to creating safe, joyful spaces does not go unnoticed. You are not just organizing events; you are building community resilience, one smile at a time.
