About the Role:
NCN Thompson Bus is currently seeking part-time Depot Ticket Agents to join our team for evening shifts. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to all passengers.
  • Sell tickets and check in passengers with pre-purchased tickets.
  • Process freight for scheduled runs.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized depot environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous front office or customer service experience is an asset.
  • No experience? No problem — we provide full training for enthusiastic candidates who enjoy working with people.
  • Basic computer skills required to process tickets through the system.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.

Schedule:

  • Evening shifts (part-time)
