The NCN Membership Clerk will be in Winnipeg to assist members with the new Secure Certificate of Indian Status (SCIS) application for already registered persons.
Help will also be provided for members to register their babies. Applications and assistance will be available.

at the NCN Sub office at 395 Berry Street Unit 19
PLEASE BRING:
▶ 2 passport sized photos
▶ Original valid acceptable identification
(passport, driver’s licence, government issued ID, or Manitoba health card)
