NCN is NOT in imminent threat/danger at this time, air quality and smoke will continue to persist, be on alert and plan accordingly.
Manitoba Wildfire Service has informed that Fire NO-062 north of NCN had some increased fire activity yesterday, its still approximately 14 km away from PR391. Fire NO-050 also had increased fire activity on the west, south ends of the fire and some activity on the east side in the middle. NW winds today will continue to direct this fire into an old burn area. Both fires continue to be monitored, along with wind direction.
Winds will be out of the SSW @ 10-15km/h, and shifting from NW by mid day gusting to 20 -25 km/h, and will contribute to increase fire activity and smoke conditions
