Fire No.#O62 Update
Update on Fire #No.O62 near Nelson House

Manitoba Wildfire Service has confirmed F#062 is approximately 16 km north of PR391 and estimated to be 8000-10000 hectares in size, and is currently been monitored. Winds are strong today out of the south so it will be burning away from the highway.
The winds will switch Friday from the NW but a little lighter. F#062 will be assessed to see if there is any opportunity to burn off the south portion to try to contain some sections while wind directions are favourable.
