The concept of this mural is to affirm and acknowledge that our NCN youth are an important part of our community.
Previously, our garage was tagged with profanity and more. Gang related graffiti or “tags” are visible around our community; this is going to change!
This mural is a visual demonstration that if our youth can acknowledge that they are all Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation citizens, UNITED AS ONE!
When our youth see this incredible artwork, they will visualize and thus manifest a beautiful and vibrant future as depicted in the mural!
