SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of Co-CEOs, the Custodian is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Government Office, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all staff and visitors.
DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITIES:
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing restrooms, stairwells, door handles, chairs, and breakrooms.
- Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables, ensuring that the waste bins are emptied regularly.
- Facility Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including hallways, stairwells, and entrance to create a welcoming environment.
- Minor Repairs: Conduct minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, and reporting larger maintenance issues to your immediate supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting replenishments as required.
- Supply Room: Keep supply rooms clean and always organized.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
The custodial role is essential for maintaining a clean and safe environment, contributing significantly to the overall functionality and appearance of the Government Office.
