Household Competition #8: Exercise Relay Race
Date: You have until 11:00 am on Monday, April 27th to post your entry to the NCN Parks & Rec Facebook page. Winners announced at 1:00 pm.
Events (to be done in order):
- 30 Push ups
- 30 Sit ups
- 30 Jumping Jacks
- 30 Skipping with rope
- One entry per household.
- 1 event per team member and all exercises mush be counted out loud.
- Fastest time wins, based on video timer.
- Teams to consist of:
1 – 12 & under (m or f)
1 – 13–17 year old (m or f)
1- Female 18 +
1- Male 18 + - Reminder to post your pic/clip on the NCN Rec FB Page
Prizes:
- 1st -$500
- 2nd – $400
- 3rd – $300
- 4th – $200
- 5th – $100
