10 am Opening Prayer
• Opening Prayer + smudge Elder: Deihlia Kobliski
• Raising the teepee & teepee teachings with Morris Hart
• Light snacks provided throughout sessions
11 am Educational Day
• Chris Sawatsky – Breath of life.
• Morris Hart – Teepee teachings + set up.
• Felix Walker – Sweat lodge, Sundance/Fasting, Spirit name protocol
4 pm Boys & Men with Braids Photoshoot
• Call out for boys and men with braids – Awareness photoshoot
• Clean up to follow and set up for tomorrow’s events.
• 20 minute teachings + Q&A.
• Rotate to next teachings
Tuesday, June 28 – Indigenous Peoples Day

• Traditional drumming/ singing
• Traditional Regalia dancers

• Youth & adult events with Parks & Recreation

• Fire roast and Elder stories
Wednesday, June 29 – Pride Day

• Pancake breakfast
• Sharing Circles with community members, leaders, Elders.
• Youth decorating youth van for pride parade.
12 pm Light lunch
1 pm – 3 pm
• Pride parade + prize structure
3 pm – 5 pm
• Tie-dye shirt making with Jordans Principal
5 pm
• Feast to honor LGBTQ+
Thursday, June 30 – Closing Day
• Taking down the tipi

• NCN Showcase – with local singers and entertainment.
