Saturday, April 12, 2025 – OPEN TO REGISTERED DELEGATES (MTA MEMBERS) ONLY

8:00 am Doors Open, Registration, Displays, Coffee will be available.
9:00 am Annual General Meeting (greetings, review of past year, fur market updates, financial statement, Zone 2, 4, 6 10 – Voting is open to Manitoba Registered Trappers who are members of MTA and must provide/show their their license at registration.
12:00 Noon Buffet lunch provided for attendees
1:00 pm Pelting Competition continues, Displays, Trap Sales, Youth Activities
1:00 pm -4:00 pm Presentations, Demonstrations, Q&A
4:00 pm Close for Banquet Preparation
5:30 pm Doors Open for Buffet Banquet, Live Auction, and Awards
10:00 pm Close

RATES:
Standard = $149.00 plus applicable taxes.
Reserve no later than March 25, 2025 to guarantee the rate.

Our AGM is  held at various locations throughout Manitoba, this gives trappers from all areas of the province an opportunity to attend.

In recent years the AGM has been held in towns such as Ashern, Dauphin, Swan River, Lac du Bonnet, Thompson, The Pas, Eriksdale and Roblin.

Requirements for hosting the AGM include availability of a large hall or facility, adequate motel accommodation, restaurants, catering, local interest and support.
