After consulting with elders in the community, they suggested we host a gathering on the land for elders to share information, blueberry pick, eat, laugh and feel alive!
- 2 information sessions planned per day
The purpose of the gathering is to determine the heads of the 8 most representative families who will help select the Chief Justice, Associate Chief Justice and Justices for the Nisichawayasihk Court as well as NCN citizens to be trained as O’tapitowinikewuk (peacemakers).
