SUMMARY:
NCN is building a stronger, more sustainable future for our citizens through accountable governance and housing that meets the needs of every family. We are seeking a Director of Property Management to lead day-to-day housing operations within our approved Housing Governance Framework.
ABOUT NCN HOUSING:
NCN Housing oversees more than 500 homes and is implementing a long-term strategy to provide safe, affordable, and sustainable housing for all NCN citizens. Guided by the NCN Housing Strategic Plan 2026–2031, the Housing Board, and the Financial Administration Law (FAL), our team works collaboratively across departments to strengthen governance, financial sustainability, and citizen well-being.
DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITIES:
- Lead tenant services, rent collection, and maintenance programs.
- Supervise housing staff, maintenance crews, tradespeople and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with NCN’s Finance Policy and approval matrix.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the Housing Board and CEO.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Post-secondary education in Housing or Business Administration (or equivalent).
- 5+ years in housing operations with staff supervision.
- Strong understanding of FAL, Finance Policy, and First Nation funding programs.
