Job Summary:

We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Comptroller to lead our financial operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive fiscal efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and ensuring internal controls are effective and up to date.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning models.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and other legal financial requirements.
  • Coordinate audits and act as the primary liaison with external auditors.
  • Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or finance, including leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
