We have another ACTIVE CASE in our community. This time a child has tested positive for Covid-19. Contact tracing is underway. We don’t know yet if one of the variants of concern is involved. The variants are very transmissible and cause more severe illness particularly among the younger population.
We will provide more information as soon as it becomes available. In the meantime, another lockdown has been implemented for the next 48 hours. A Stay at Home Order is in effect. No gatherings, visiting, sleepovers, etc. are allowed.
We remind everyone we are still in a pandemic. COVID-19 has no borders. It does not discriminate. LIMIT YOUR CONTACTS. GET VACCINATED.
If you have even mild cold or flu symptoms go get tested IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT WAIT as even a runny nose or cough could mean you have COVID.
