Request for Catering Proposal for 400 People
Nisichawayasihk is seeking proposals for the Chief and Council Inauguration Ceremony to be held in Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation on September 8, 2026, from 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm at the Normal Linklater Memorial Multiplex. It is MANDATORY to have Food Handlers Certification and must be submitted with proposal. Caterer provides a menu for the ceremony, and the cost is to accommodate 400 people. All equipment and utensils must be fully sanitized prior to and during serving of the food. All salads to be kept cold. Hair nets, aprons and gloves to be worn at all times.
CATERER RESPONSIBILITY:
- To provide menu including desserts for 400 people (Must be on menu for Roast Beef, Meat Balls, Ham)
- Supply all required condiments (dinner/dessert plates, bowls, forks, knives, spoons, napkins, water, variety of beverages including diet drinks, tea, coffee, sugar, creamer.
- Provide all utensils for serving food, tin foil, take out containers.
- All shopping and preparation of buffet set up.
- Clean up and empty garbage containers of the buffet area. Ensure it is left clean after the BBQ.
- Ensure there is enough food for the number of people listed.
- Provide copy of FOOD HANDLERS CERTICATE
