 NCN Administration is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations of the First Nation, in particular the delivery of public and social services. Administration executives work closely with Chief and Council in drafting laws, regulations and policies in addition to providing leadership and guidance in the following areas:
- Membership
- Community Justice (Fine Option)
- Probation Services
- Wechewewin Program
- Youth Initiative
- Elections
- Housing Authority
- Human Resource Development
- Income Assistance Program
- Policing
- Public Works
- Fire and Emergency Services.
